Youth Development & Capacity Building
BeeZett supports organisations and SMMEs through capacity building, team building, customer service training, mentorship and performance enhancement programmes. Our proven experience includes a TETA-funded aviation ground-support skills programme that trained over 150 unemployed youth between 2019 and 2024, with more than 70% subsequently securing employment in the aviation sector.

BeeZett Consulting has a track record of over 10 years as a training service provider focusing of youth development and skill development programs. The main focus of the company is on skills development and strengthening of organisational effectiveness aimed at enhancing the capabilities of the trainees. The company has a team of highly specialized facilitators and specialists training freelancers to provide capacity building, and skills development as well as performance enhancement to our client. We offer a wide range of dynamic programs in a supportive environment designed to inspire and empower our trainees learning journey.
The company is accredited by Services Seta on Qualifications such as New Venture Creation, Small Business Support and General Management. Our sister company, Camas SA Aviation Academy is affiliated to an International Company based in France that offers Aviation Training to Airports, Airlines as well as Individuals especially students / youth that wants to enter the Aviation / Travel and Tourism Sector.
